Diversity is having a wide range of identities present and interactions based on a broad spectrum of demographic and cultural experiences. Inclusion puts the concept and practice of diversity into action by creating an environment that allows for the importance of the knowledge derived from life experience to be harnessed to create the best and most productive environment for our students. We will explore how to facilitate student success by building strong relationships with the students we serve.
