The SUNY Management Resource Tool (SMRT) is a web-based application for viewing financial information in state-appropriated accounts. Authorized Individuals are encouraged to use the SMRT Application to monitor account resources and expenditures throughout the year. This training is appropriate for department chairpersons or directors, and designated assistants.
Individuals interested in the training must be authorized for account access at least two weeks before the training date. Authorization for the SMRT Application is separate from all other account authorizations and must include approval of the primary account manager. Only one session of training is needed.
